I’ve been in an artistic slump lately, and I was so excited to come upon a blog where the author really understands the process of creativity.  Guerilla Artist and creativity booster Keri Smith has a wonderful website where she offers playful ways to re-find and redefine your creativity.

Her blog and survival guides affirm artistic integrity and the importance of doing work that you’ll love rather than pandering to trends or external pressures.

Hooray! I’m inspired. I think I’ll go paint.

I’m going to make this series of three paintings into cards and scarves.

I’ve been excited about designing cards lately.

This is the first image in a series of cards I’ve started to put together.

I just found out that my piece, 24 Carrot, is going to be shown at the Visual Art Exchange (VAE) this coming friday.

I just completed this painting last week. I love what little creepers the rabbits are.
